Description of the House
The first thing we come across once we get to the masia is an ample porch with a space for barbecue. Flowers and plants by the entrance and the porch seem to beckon us in. Through the entrance door past the porch we get inside the house, which is two floors high.
- First Floor Upon entering, we see a very well preserved set of stone stairs that lead up to the second floor. Beside the stairs is the service and laundry room. - Second Floor At the top of the stairs, turning left, we enter a spacious and well-lit double room with its own bathroom. The door of the room opens out into a corridor leading to three double rooms and two bathrooms. All of the rooms have large windows that let in much light and offer splendid views to the castle's well-preserved gardens and the central pond. At the far end of the corridor we get to a big dining room, curiously decked with a round chimney. The kitchen shares the same space as the dining room; it is American-style, modern, and equipped to the last detail. The living room has huge windows that look onto the gardens, the castle, and the landscape-these can be contemplated as one would an oil canvas, a big postcard or paintings hung up on the wall.
And then we can retrace our steps and head for the swimming pool. A door leads out into it from the porch-we can find there all the necessary fittings (hammocks...)-and a bit further down is a green space where one can sunbathe and enjoy the fresh greenery of the surroundings.

Wide expanses, rich foliage, and silence, all in the shade of the castle.
